{January 21, 2010 Update}
On November 16, 2009 Grendel (BinoKitty) Stewart (the ginger cat featured in the above photograph) passed away quietly surrounded by Rigid, his four cat mates and myself while on the phone. He was the most beloved cat in our family and is sorely missed.
His ashes are resting in our hallway under a painting and surrounded by...well, by things he loved. We now have all the cats eat there as well so it all works out quite nicely. I wouldn't call it a shrine more like and ode to The Great Bambini.
We love you Grendel. We miss you. And...Artemis says Hi.
